AK “Ames” Cyrway is a published illustrator and an accomplished fine artist with a background in graphic communications and information technology. They have over 20 years' experience as a specialized custom picture framer with a focus on preservation and presentation.
Now, Ames helps local artists with art management, including product photography for both web and print, eCommerce solutions, and social media assistance to local artists and artisans.
Ames has a passion for assisting other artists with the aspects many struggle in technology and management. They are on a mission to expand the reach of Maine-based artists and artisans and assist them to keep up with the march of technology necessary for today’s visibility.
Ames enjoy spending time with their husband Brian and cats Faris and Jinx, table-top and video roleplaying games, sketching science-fiction concepts in local cafes, and curating their Transformers collection.
